General Terms and Conditions

1. Provider

2. Subject of the Contract

The subject of this contract is the sale of digital scores of original musical works provided as downloads.

 

3. Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded once the customer has completed the ordering process and payment has been successfully processed.

 

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in CHF.
Payment is made using the payment methods offered during the ordering process.

 

5. Delivery

Delivery is made exclusively in digital form by providing a download link.

 

6. No Right of Withdrawal

The products offered are digital content.
Once the purchase is completed and the download is made available, no right of withdrawal or refund exists.

 

7. Rights of Use

Upon purchase, the customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased score.

The score may be used for personal or internal musical purposes, including:

  • study

  • rehearsals

  • performances in accordance with applicable copyright law

Without prior written consent of the composer, the following is prohibited:

  • redistribution or resale

  • publication (including online)

  • reproduction beyond personal use

  • adaptation or modification

All copyrights remain with the composer.

 

8. Performance Rights (SUISA)

The works are registered with SUISA (Switzerland).

Public performances must be reported by the organizer to SUISA or the relevant local collecting society and remunerated according to the applicable tariffs.

The purchase of a score does not include the transfer of copyright or a flat-rate clearance of performance rights.

 

9. Liability

The provider shall not be liable for technical disruptions or failures beyond the provider’s control.

 

10. International Customers

This offer is primarily intended for customers resident in Switzerland.

Customers residing outside Switzerland acknowledge that:

  • Swiss law exclusively applies

  • performances must be reported to the relevant national collecting society

  • any foreign taxes or fees are borne by the customer

 

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively.
Place of jurisdiction is the provider’s place of residence in Switzerland.
